Find out the person in charge of the show, ie watch the show itself and see who's the producer at the credits at the end, then call up MTV customer call centre, ask for an address, then write a professional letter asking to meet him or just write your idea in it.

Just have an idea that nobody wants to see and staring stupid people that nobody wants to see. That is all that ever makes it on MTV. I am an old man and I remember the day MTV started I watched the first video ever played. I miss when MTV was about music.
