If the source of the infertility is a lack of motile sperm (they can't swim), or somehow can't get to the oocyte (the egg), but otherwise the sperm are ok -then doctors can use very high powered microscopes and needles to inject the sperm directly in to the egg. This was nature can take it's course in making a baby from there.
