I'm 32 and he's 22. I liked him since I saw him (5 years ago!) and we have been friends since then. I haven't been able to tell him that I like him. There is something that tells me he likes me too, but he's very shy...and I am too :(

The answer to that question is Yes. But let me forewarn. At 32, you are probably more experienced and accomplished than he is. You have an outlook that comes with experience and age. He is just 22 and probably has a lot of other issues including his maturity to deal with. You will be the one who will want to make the relationship more than him and invest more money, time and energy retaining. As long as both of you have a mature outlook and are balanced on the 'mental age' front (you could be 32 and have a mental age of 26 and he could be 22 but have the mental age of 25), the equation will be more balanced

Definitely yes, if he is mature for his age. I married a man 10 years older and was married for over 20 years to him. Age is not the deciding factor in a marriage. Maturity is what makes things work, it is the "mental" age that matters in a relationship.
If I found a man younger than I am and he was mature enough for the relationship I wouldn't hesitate to go for it. There would be alot of fall out from my family, but if I cared enough for him that wouldn't be a problem

i understand it truly is plausible to fall in love with someone youthful/older. yet 23 years? it truly is too severe. fairly in the present day once you're 40 2 and she or he's slightly an man or woman. She's no longer likely to opt for you back. If she does, she will have a secret time table. imagine about it, you're 60, she's no longer even going to be in her 1940s yet! get better from it, only a weigh down.
