My bad guys also a Vice President and Treasurer? (club rules forbid one person from holding more then one office)

since the club can only choose from 10 members, it is P(10, 1)

This question does not have enough information to answer without guessing some of the rules, so I will guess some.

I guess that the president is chosen by election.
I guess that a simple majority is needed to elect.
I guess that all 10 members have to vote yay or nay.

That means then that you just have to count up all the possible simple majorities.

10 to 0
9 to 1
8 to 2
7 to 3
6 to 4

If my guesses matched the problem statement or assumptions, then there are five ways the club can choose a president.

If the problem has different assumptions, there could be an infinite number of ways to choose (including all the members standing in a field, and the president is the first one a crow lands on).

Since there are 10 members, each of whom presumably, is eligible to become president, there would be 10 ways to choose the president.
