a guy dressed like the statue of liberty handing out flyers, he then started dancing with those waving inflatable balloon people

This jerk in front of me driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee with his dome light on, reading something. I could actually see him holding up whatever it was he was reading, driving like a damn drunk. People that stupid need to be exterminated.
