i would like to get a copy of my maths distinction which i passed some 9yrs ago so when i go to live abroad i can teach with this certificate please advise me

You'll need to approach the examining board that set the exam. If you're not sure who that is, you'll need to go to the place where you sat the exam and ask who the examining board was. They should be able to provide you with contact details.
