If I followed all proper procedures when administering a urine screen, and something happens to it so that it does not get processed, I don't blame the probationer.
I simply ask them to retake the test. They can't refuse, of course. I don't make them pay for the retake either, since they already paid for the test that was invalidated.

Nah...they will simply retest you in about a week usually so get clean by then. Good luck..I have delt with them for over three years and gave hot urines and beat them as well.

Violating you sounds like a pretty harsh way of dealing with a lost test. It was THEIR screwup. not yours.

They'd just make you do it again, they can't blame you for their screw up.
