I'm starting to wonder if it Jana. She has a fascination for serial killers. When Kevin was going to give Sullivan the video it had mysteriously been erased. It seems like she wants the attention and gets excited at the thought of it.

Actually the killer is Jack Abbott. He was the last one to be seen with Carmen. even though he thinks he didn't mean to to kill her, so the killer is Jack.
