rosewater is mostly sold at those health stores like wildoats or whole foods, also you can buy that online as well as make your own!
get some roses and a large 8 quart pan and boil the petals in the water until the color is a pastel-like color of the roses you can use any you like, best after they start to loose there petals so you can enjoy them first, then boil it for a few minutes then lets it cool and bottle or store. best to bottle when it's hot for a safty seal like when making jam you do that in hot water for perserves

Or you can make your own.
Take a pint jar and fill with rose petals ( the colour of the petals designates the intensity of the colour of the water), pack them in, then fill with vodka,,put a tight lid on it and put in a sunny window for about two weeks. Open jar and strain
You have rose water,,will keep it's scent for years.

i think you can find it in rite aid, or cvs pharmacy or any other deparetment stores, and also look in indian shops
