I think if you add it to your "Trusted Sites" allows the website to run scripts and use pop-ups.

To do this in IE, go to "Tools" -> "Internet Options." Then click the "Security" tab. On the Security screen, click the icon that says "Trusted Sites" and then click the "Sites" button below. On the new window, enter the full address of the site you want to allow pop-ups on (e.g. http://www.yahoo.com). Just enter the main website, you don't have to put in anything after the .com. Then just click "OK"

If you're using FireFox it's similar. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." and then click the "Content" tab at the top. There will be a check box that says "Block Pop-ups" and next to it will be a button labled "Exceptions." Click the button and enter the website address then click "OK" and you're all set.

Of course, if you're using a pop-up blocker that's not part of the web browser itself then, as the above poster said, normally you just hold Ctrl while you click the link.

A Global Community: Zero cost to join and profit for life
*******************************************************************

It has a goal of reaching 10,000,000 Members by 1st July 2007.

It pays you, as an Internet user, your fair share of the value created
while you surf.

It's free software puts you in control of what arrives on your screen
and what data you allow outsiders to collect.

It is a 100% Member owned company which rewards the Members who help
build the company. It will never cost anything to be a Member.

It is only four weeks old and it has already signed up tens of
thousands of Members and has created enormous Internet 'buzz'(over 700,000 pages in Google's search).

It is not a 'get rich' quick scheme. Every additional Member raises the
value of all the Members, so we all get more if you join.

It is f*ree to join and Membership never costs anything.
