Yes eventually. If we keep electing the Right people. The Lybian dictator saw the light, or the writing on the wall after the Iraq invasion and has renounced terrorism.
Fatah the moderate faction in Palestine holds great promise for the world.
However we have a grave problem with drug moneys sponsoring terror. The only way out is to Legalize All Drugs and give medical help to addicts. The same we do with alcoholics. Regulate drugs, don't ban them. This will make drugs unprofitable to the maffia and terrorists. We ve failed on the War on Drugs but it's crucial we win the war on terror.

There has not been a lasting peace in the middle east for centuries, and there will never be lasting peace. As long as there is fanatics, there will be violence. Look at Palestine. They are going after each other now, and not Israel.

If their is too be peace, I think it needs to be based on economics. When there is equality in economics, or a build up of a middle class in the middle east, there will eventually come peace. If you take religion out of the picture, it closely resembles a class struggle under the disguise of religion, but if the middle class builds up, then those people would want stability to maintain their lifestyles.

I think the answer would be easier if we asked another question : when have wars begun ? They began when colonization started. They began when Israel was put in the Middle East. They broke out when America`s greeds grew more fierce. so injustice and opression and greeds are the main sources that should be uprooted to spread peace in the Middle East.

Well sure one day.
I mean the Bible does say that after the Rapture and Armageddon, the Anti Christ will rise to power quickly and unite the middle east.

The Israel/Palestine ( Philistines) has been going on since the beginning of time almost so its not like it can be solved over night.

They would have peace, but not for long to many hot heads and angry men over there, they think their way is the only way. So they will start a war again.
