Only for Bush and his Corporate Oil buddies--nice to see that it's one of the lies that is starting to unravel.

Last time I checked Canada was not labeled as a haven for Terrorists, and we are extremely oil rich (up to 1/3 of the total oil reserves).
The label is only used because of the fact that a small few control mid-east oil and their profits and allow for that money to make it into the hands of terrorists. In a democratic country, the wealth is spread out between more people, and the money is tracked more carefully. If we built a middle class in many of these 'terrorist' countries, you would see a decline in terrorism as more people would be accounting for that money.

The ACTUAL reason is in your question - it's because oil rich countries ARE A HAVEN FOR TERRORISTS.
What's convenient is the liberals argument that we're only there because of the oil. This is ridiculous....America gets no oil revenues from the war! If you disagree...provide specific proof in your reply...

no. outside interference in other countries resources without invitation should not be allowed. the british and US have been doing it too long. the reson is power,money and an attempt to insure we fulfill our selfish needs. capitalism is viewed as a good thing only if we are controlling it in some way
