if you dont have enough money to pay for cell phones, like in the middle of the contract, will yopu be sued, or can't you just cancel it?

Usually their is a fee to cancel early, like up to $200.00 . Check your contract or call your provider, they can tell you. You can't get sued, they can put a judgment on you if you don't pay the amount, but that's it.

you cannot be sued but you will be ask to pay a penalty for cancelling the rest of the contract

you will have termination fees and if you signed a contract
they could sue you but more then likely you will go to collections until you pay off the contract

They can sue you for not completing your contract. That's why they have the pay as you go - for those that may not be able to always pay for the service.

u will always owe.....most of the time if they cut u off for failure to pay u still get charged monthly fees....and if u cancel then u got an early cancellation fee of about $250 .....

You can cancel it. You will have to pay a cancellation fee. If you don't, you'll get negative marks on your credit.

Why not ask them to spread out the payments or pay later in the moth ? I did this with Vodafone eho have been very reasonable about this .

you'll get your service cancelled...the firm won't have enough time or human resources to go sue every person that can't pay up...so basically, you're on safe grounding ;)

no you will have to pay.you signed a contract are someone did.so you will have to pay for it.
