Okay, i have a project where i need to name five products whose brand names have a Latin base, or a "classical association" to ancient Rome (for example, a Roman God or something). Could you help me come up with some of these names? Thanks!
Oh yeah, 10pts goes to the most helpful answer!

I've been told that Volvo means "I roll" in Latin, and Nike is the Greek Godess for victory (the Roman version of her was called Victoria, so if you find a brand name beginning with Victory it'll be related, too). Mars (the chocolate bar) is actually the name of the Roman God of War and Apollo (as in the Apollo space missions) was the Roman God of Sun, Truth, Music and Healing. Juventus, the Roman God of Youth, is also the name of an Italian soccer club.

Hope this was of some help!

Most of the Latin words still in use today seem to have a God connected to them. Discipline = DISCIPLINA, Fauna = FAUNUS, and Fortune = FORTUNA. Just add an 'a' or an 'us' to the end of a Latin word and see what God you get.
For example fortune cookies and so on.
Also,see-Latin words- in wikipedia,--virus, viva, trans, user,inter--you have many products with these Latin words. Good luck.
