What is a "C", "S", positions in modeling photography.

it is not a type on camera. It is a type of postion your body does.

Did some quick looking and all I could really find concerning C/S positions with regard to photography was about the camera itself.

Apparently some cameras have a dial on them labeled "C/S" which stands for "Continuous" and "Single" meaning, I assume, that if you have it set to Continuous and hold the shutter button down you get one picture after another whereas if it's set to single you only get one picture no matter how long the button is held.

Don't know if that's what you're looking for though.

it is the camera shutter speed...u got to set ur camera to either one picture at a time or multiple pics...for exemple ...when some is doing continuos photography ...they set it on C...continuous and this way they can take as many pictures as they want without stopping ....the picture quality may not be same as it is when it is just single shot...but it varies from camera to camera....on S which means single shot....u can take one picture than u will wait for a few seconds and then u can take the next picutre...this will give the camera some time to process and save the pic...but u will not be able to take another snap during that time.....hope it helped....
