Need help with a name for a triathalon!!!?

I'm on a commitee to plan a triathalon for this spring. We are doing it the weekend of Cinco De Mayo and we are trying to find a name for the event. Any suggestions would help and we are looking for a name that is somewhat clever or interesting. thanks in advance

The event will be put on by the local gym called the RAC. We will have the help of the local high school athletes to time and mark the courses. Our theme will be Cinco De Mayo. It's a 5k run, a 10 mile bike and 750m swim.
