she's probably embarassed to know what you'll think of it. have you been with other girls? cause if so she could think she will be different compared to other girls, and maybe she thinks she isn't normal which she probably is. she's just self conscious. give her some really good foreplay, what always gets me is kissing my neck, stomach, and inner thighs. try that and she'll losen up.
