yes:
I work for a company with around 30 employees. It is a transportation co. and i'm a driver.
I want to know if job assignments have to be done by senioroity.

I think that the only way they would have to go by seniority is if it is union or if there is a policy stating this. Check with you HR dept about an employee handbook or manual, it should be listed. If all else fails, just ask. Good Luck!

It depends on what type of labor agreement you have. The first place to check is you employee handbook. If you are Union check your bargaining agreement.
