Wirsbo for wet and Devi for electric in my experience. ( I did the electrical controls for one of the first Wirsbo systems in the UK, and it's still operating perfectly, though the boiler has been changed!)

Wirsbo and Rehau brands both are top quality cross weave "PEX" products, and offer excellent options for manifolds which will allow you to easiily balance and monitor your system. By all means, please do not skimp on the pipe you put in your floor. If you have to start tearing up flooring and breaking concrete, you'll wish you hadn't. BEWARE of Kitec.
Additionally: If you haven't considered it already, think about plumbing your water lines with either of these products. (My preference would be Wirsbo. Faster, simpler to connect fittings.) The extra you will spend in materials will more than be made up for in labor savings, (a plumber friend and I ran ALL the water lines for my two story, three bathroom house in three and a half hours), and the performance of a "home run" style manifold system is awesome. You can virtually have every faucet in the house running, and flush the toilet while your wife is in the shower, and she'll never notice...lol. Good luck!
