To be honest there isnt alot you can do to speed the healing p;rocess up by what you eat.As long as you carry on eating fruit an veg, dairy foods these all have plenty off calcium in them to help but not alot really. As long as you take it easy,do what the Drs have said to you the bone will heal in its own time, but all people are differant with the healing process. If you want more advice email me,im a qualified orthopaedic plaster technician and i deal with fractured arms and casts all day .Good Luck

The best food you can eat are vegetables:
Broccoli, spinach remember POPEY?, This is true.
cauliflower and calcium supplements.
There are also some "high calcium powder" drinks sold by Tianshi or Herbalife though expensive but they are excellent for healing bones. Also add some simple exercise like sitting and standing ten times in a go.

Boots do a vitamin D and Calcium supplement which I was told might be helpful when they thought I'd broken my arm - can't hurt to give the bod the boost it needs to repair itself! Vit D is good for bone construction.

Take arnica tablets, and calcium magnesium and vit D tablets (you should always take a calcium tablet with magnesium in it as levels of both are lowered by taking a supplement of the other) and possibly a zinc tablet for cell reproduction.

Nothing you eat will speed the healing process up ,you'll just have to be patient and let nature take it's course.
