Depending on how cute she is, probably something along the lines of "Dang! I want to sleep with her." (Sorry . . . I love tomboys).
Other than that, nothing different than any other first impression. I might make a tentative guess at sexuality (bisexual or lesbian versus just straight), but probably not even that.

How'd you mean? I'm a tomboy and always have been! I was never interested in dolls, clothes, make up or anyhting pink. I liked lego, playing rough with the boys and riding my bike. I've mellowed a bit now I'm older, but I'm still THE most useless girl! Almost all my friends are men, I enjoy crude humour and giggling screaming girls drives me batty! I sometimes wish I was better at being girlie, but I've got a great boyfriend and great friends. Be who you are, don't let it hold you back!!
