Someone has to do it. People like Tom DeLay were traveling all over the world on taxpayers' money and lobbyists' donations to their bank accounts. Is that the kind of government you want? The Ethics Committee was doing absolutely nothing while Tom Foley was preying on young pages. The tuna industry has no special status in this country. They have to follow the rules like everyone else.

When was the last time the Democrats held any other Democrat accountable for unethical or immoral behavior?
I cannot think of a single example of a negative consequence for a Democrat from his own party, however egregious the behavior, on any level for the past 30 years.
