Hate to put down the answer that I'm sure you already know and is really hard to implement but relaxing seems to be the key for many women. Try not to put so much pressure on yourself.
I can't imagine how horrible it must have been losing a baby but it's definitely promising that you have already naturally conceived. Good luck.

i lost a baby sept 05. Iused ovulation sticks and conceived Jan 06. I now have a fab baby boy. Dont worry I was like you worrying that I would'nt conceive but i did and you will soon. Also i read to have sex from behind for the sperm to travel and it worked for me i had sex when the ovulation stick indicated and had sex from behind and i now have a fab baby boy who is 11wks old. I eat normal so don't worry about eating the right foods just eat like you normally would. Good luc it will happen and dont worry.

there is only a 20% change on conceiving each month. We are in our 8th month of trying, and still no luck. If you try for a year with no luck, then it's time for medical intervention.

it's probably got a lot to do with the time that you are having intercourse, there is only a few days in the month when you get pregnant, the best thing to do it buy a ovulation test and this will tell you when you ovulate so you know when to have intercourse.

Sometimes it just takes time.
I know it's hard, but try not to stress out about it as stress can effect your fertility
