Why would the Queen take public transportation? Chances are if this did happen, it was just an old man in drag.

Id like to see the queen ride in a taxi. Of course shes supposebly better then us and has to waste her money on luxury instead of the poor little children. Id sell it on ebay.

first of all, she would never in a million years would take it out of the palace to go for a ride in a cab, she has her own means of transport. But let say that for the sake of answering the question... she forgot it in your cab, you would have to sell it in the black market, melt it maybe, ever heard of the first soccer world cup? it was in a museum in Brazil when it got stolen, it was never recovered because it was said it got melt and sold in bulk... so maybe you would have to sell it by the gram (or pound), but, that would be after waiting to see, if there was a reward...

I tried selling one of her crowns and did not get any bids. I just sold it for scrap metal.
