No...California is a blue state...they'll blame President Bush, and the Governor since he's a Republican.

We all know that no Democrats are to blame for any slow response to natural disasters (looking in the direction of Mayor Ray Nagen and Governor of Louisiana)

wow, are republicans really that dumb to miss associate failing to act to aid people in a natural disaster with causing the disaster? people are pissed at Bush's failure to act at Katrina.. not that Katrina happened.. and likewise if an Earthquake hit the west coast and there was failure to act.. Bush would have yet again proved he was inept.
