I did this one for my boyfriend on valentines day one year. Got a yard of red velvet from Walmart's, decide on the size you want, fold it in half, trace the heart on the material, then cut the way you make a heart, glue it together leaving a little hole to stuff your goodies in it, i put little coupons in it for different things, and throughout the day they were redeemable. I filled the heart up with candy kisses and confetti. He loved it and it only cost like $3.00 to make!!
