Here are some nifty ideas, though who would ever take them seriosuly in the real world.
1. No assignments should have a due date within at least 7 (if not 10) days of other assignment's due date.
2. No Full Time Student undertaking a weight of at least 75% (Three Quarters maximum study load or greater) should have to study for more than the eqvilalent standard hours of full time work (in Australia) which is 38 - 40 hours per week.
3. Students be given financial incentives, et cetera to study at night and on weekends.
4. Students shall be entitled to sick leave after the completion of at least 6 to 9 months of study/enrolment.
5. Student "Ordinance" shall be examined and reviewed in order to make life for students much better in the interests of Student Health, well-being and welfare.
6. University ("Higher Education") staff shall all become subject to "Staff Ordinance" in interests of Student Health/WB.
