Can you please be more specific?

Flicker in Computer terms is associated with a flickering screen and thus has nothing to do with bulk, email address.
Please define what you mean by flicker and I can update my question.

If flicker is a company or email address just report the emails as spam and add them to your block list:

↓ Go to Mail inbox
↓ Options
↓ Mail options
↓Spam menu
↓ Add address to block

Don't forget to save changes...

If something is using all your bulk email then just check that it hasn't picked up anything you need and empty the bulk folder.

Don't know what flicker is though, you may need to give more information.

Only thing I can think of is flickr If you are getting junk mail due to being contacted through a flickr account then you should just be able to change the settings so only people you know can contact you
