QuickBooks Pro Contractors Edition is the only progam that you need from start to finish. You can create estimates, invoices and keep track of all your job costs. QuickBooks Contractors Edition also allows you to pull reports while the job is in progress to see if you are still within the budget of your estimate and can help you make adjustments for future jobs is needed. You will be able to see your job margin for each job. You can also print/email your invoices, envelopes, late payment letters if you choose to do so.

We use Quickbooks Pro for our business. You can do your banking, estimates, invoices and taxes among other things with this software. It also keeps track of your customers and the jobs you did for them. Hope this helps
