No to both, just get a tambourine or something and lift your hands during praise and worship. Anything more and it would not be a good idea.

I don't know about the praise dancing but don't see how it would be a problem. I like going bowling and asked my doctor at seven weeks if it was ok to go bowling with my husband and son for New Years. He asked how heavy a ball I use (just 10 pounds) and he said it was perfectly fine to go, even late into the pregnancy. However, because of the bigger belly, it may be a little harder and your balance will be a little bit off. If you're still not sure, it doesn't hurt to ask your doctor. Have fun!

You're only 10 weeks pregnant. If a baby is really implanted firmly in the womb then there should be no problem. You're supposed to stay away from strenuous activities. Now picking up a heavy bowling ball is not wise at all...it puts a strain on your abdomen. Praise dance shouldn't even be a problem at all right now. You know your body better than anyone else. If you feel like certain activities are too much on you then you should reconsider and rest. The key is not to over-exert yourself right now...when you feel tired to stop and rest. Your body is going through a rapid change right now. Pray and ask God to cover your unborn child with the lamb's blood...Pray over your child daily. Now as your uterus starts expanding and you feel the weight of the baby it's time to slow down and to rest. God bless you. Be in courage in Jesus name.

My wife was recently pregnant for the 2nd time. Both of her doctors told her that she could do activities during the pregnancy if she had been doing them regularly before the pregnancy. So, if you have been dancing or bowling consistently it should not be a problem. If you feel pain, then stop immediately. You should not start any new activity like this during pregnancy.

Me personally? I would do the dancing but NOT the bowling. At least wait until you're past the miscarriage stage. Wouldn't be worth the risk for me.
If you really miss bowling that much, ask your dr. Normally they say you can do any pre-pregnancy activity after your pregnant. You're 10 weeks though....still in the risk stage.

Unless your doctor has told you not to do these things, you can. If I were you, I'd call your doctor's office and talk to your doc or a nurse for peace of mind. Again, being sick at first is normal but if you're feeling better then take advantage of the opportunity to dance and go bowling before you're too far along! Enjoy!

Live Life!
I am 8 months pregnant and went bowling for New Years Eve, we just did 5 pin with the smaller balls, and when I got tired, I had someone else bowl for me, wasnt my best game ever, actually probably my worst because of having my own bowling ball as a tummy, but we still had a GREAT time!
there are certain physical limitations like you shouldnt raise your hands above your head to much, it supposably can wrap the ambilical cord around the babys neck, I have been told this MANY times dont know how true it is, but I never let it stop me, and when my son was born it was around his neck twice, coinsidence or not I dont know.
Listen to your body, if your getting sore doing something slow down or stop, take breaks, dont strain your body, but dont stop living, too many ppl dont do anything because they are pregnant and their muscles turn to mush and then try pushing a baby out with the mushy muscles

Without anything to make you a high risk pregnancy, (excessive miscarriages, diabetes, your doctor placing you on restriction) there is no reason to limit your activities. Typically exercise does not induce miscarriages. Pregancy is a normal state for women, not a disease or injury. I would not run a marathon if you normally do not exercise at all, but anything you have done before, you can do while pregnant, unless directed otherwise by your physician.

i'm no longer a dancer besides the undeniable fact that the Bible is complete of examples of folk or maybe instructions to leap previously the Lord (eg Psalm 149). i imagine it truly is going to become a difficulty even as it distracts others from worshipping God, at the same time with in a service the position there are a tremendous type of folk who're uncomfortable with dancing and decide to worship quietly. It doesn't sound like it truly is the case on your church besides the undeniable fact that.

it's good to hear that your morning sickness is going away :D for some women, it lasts all 9 months!
if your pregnancy is low-risk, dancing sounds good, but i'd stay away from bowling. walking is another exercise you can engage in. some women even go swimming! but don't swim, if you're not sure that you can handle it.
also, don't go to the sauna, when your body feels too warm, it leads blood away from the belly, as a manner of cooling off. this isn't good, if you're pregnant.
for the same reason, don't take hot baths for too long, and if you take a dip in a hot tub, keep your belly above the water, and don't get too cooked!
last, but of equal importance, when in doubt, ask your doctor.

I have no idea what praise dance is, but I am sure it is ok. Bowling is ok, too. I've gone several times. You will know if you need to take a break if you get overheated. Just be sure to sit down when needed and don't overheat.
