You may be able to. Small stature doesn't mean you won't be able to deliver naturally. All that matters is that the baby's head can make it through the pelvis.
My doc asked about my husband's height. I'm 5 ft and my husband is 6 ft. She was concerned that the baby would be big, which she was, at 9 lb. While my body could have probably handled a baby that took after me, I couldn't handle one that took after my husband! My baby has also always had ~95% head circumference, another of my husband's family's traits, so I don't know that my body could have handled that either! She was breech, so I didn't end up having a choice on the whole delivery thing.
About obesity, I'm assuming you mean you were that way prepregnancy. You may still be able to deliver naturally, but I think there are certain risks for complications that are greater when weight is involved. Gestational diabetes is one.
To increase chances of delivering naturally, I'd drink water, eat healthy, and exercise 30 min 3-5x a week. Labor is taxing and hard work, so you should train like an athlete (according to your physical fitness level! and consult the doc to make sure the exercise is ok).

I am 5 foot nothing, and I'm pregnant with my second child. The first was delivered naturally, and the second will be the same. I was considered underweight before pregnancy though (114 lbs.) The only reason to have a c section is if there is a problem with the child or with your uterus and cervix. Otherwise you should be fine

Probably anywhere from 125 to 140 depending on your body type. One quick and easy way to determine an average weight is to give yourself 100 pounds for your first five feet of height, and five pounds for each additional inch. So 5'7" would be approximately 135 pounds. If you are extremely athletic and carry a lot of muscle on your frame, you might weigh more (a pound of muscle takes up a lot less space than a pound of fat, so you can actually weigh more, but look skinnier than someone who weighs the same but carries more body fat than muscle).

Im LESS than 5'. Im actually 4'9 and I've delivered all 4 of my children naturally. Including one 9 lb 8oz 23in little boy.
Its amazing what a body is able to do!
On the other hand, my mom who is 4'10 delivered all 4 of HER kids by C-section. and HER biggest kid was only 7 something
It depends entirely on YOUR body. My mom and I are built VERY similar..Im not sure WHAT enabled ME to have MY kids naturally and HER to have to have HERS by C-section.

I am 5 feet tall and overweight too.I had my 3 kids vaginally. I think you will be fine if your bone structure works. Nothing you can do to help. It is all up to your body. Good luck

you should be able to deliver naturally unless your pelvis is narrow or your baby s too large.
