my uncle who is a doc endorses this...and ive started having soy milk now...would u give ur kids cows milk after they weane from ur milk?

my view on it is that we are the only species that consumes another species breast milk on a regular basis. Cows milk is designed for baby cows, just as our breast milk is designed for our babies. Personally I think cows milk is nasty.

Cow's milk contains casein. A human body is not equipped to digest casein properly after the age of five. That is the reasong why drinking milk after that age is not all that beneficial and can cause chronic sinus congestion, constipation, and even symptoms resembling asthma.

Everybody I know drink's cow's milk and has since they were little.They're fine.It's just all the junk they put in the cows now.Which I really don't care about since I'm gonna die sooner or later along with everyone else.Not to mention,I can't stand soy milk.

I believe that cows milk is for cows and human milk is for humans. my children do not drink cows milk because it is designed for their bodies it is for calves.

i ahev with all of mine and yes ofcourse its good fro them, no matter what the subject is, some will say its bad for youa dn others will say its not. in todays world nothings good for you lol. my kids are doing great and they ahve been on cows milk since they were 1
