Are you exercising? While it may make you tired in the moment and you may really not want to, it does help you have energy for your day, plus it mentally wakes you up. It also sounds like you may be bored, which I know makes me tired. What's going on in your life? Are you blue? Is it cloudy where you are and you are affected by SAD? Do you have hobbies you enjoy? There could be numerous reason for this. I would suggest maybe writing some stuff out. Many times you can find a solution to any situation by writing everything out. Free form it...
Why do I feel this way?
1. Work sucks
2. Stuck indoors all the time
What can I do to feel better?
1. Look for something you would enjoy doing
2. Select key indoor hobbies that you enjoy
I'm not sure if this is what you were looking for, but it seems you need to do a little more looking inside yourself to get a better idea. If you really cannot figure it out, then I suggest you check in with your doctor to make sure it's not a health issue or depression.
Good luck!

Do you feel run down pet??? That can do this to your body, leave you lethargic.Your body is like a battery, needs charging once in a while. You could also be anemic or low sugar count. See your doctor, he will tell you for definate, it may be something small. xxx

I don't know what is wrong with you, but stop driving until you get sorted out. You can't afford to drop off to sleep behind the wheel and be the cause of a big crash, it wouldn't be an accident, more a case of deliberate homicide........................
