During the Clinton administration, he imposed a RIF (reduction in force).

He cut thousands of military members who wanted to continue their careers. Due to these cuts, many of the jobs that were being done by the military members were contracted to commercial companies.

Also, a project started by the Clinton administration was the selling of military housing to the general public. There is a housing area in the Pacific Northwest that was military housing and began being sold to the general public in 1998 (it is completely sold off now), forcing military members and their family to search for their own housing in a critical housing area (meaning high cost housng).

Is this an example of how the Liberals "Support Our Troops"?

Come on folks...can't you read...this is about President Clinton and what he did...we all know that President George H. W. Bush sold things off, but many people are naive to the fact that President Clinton did more harm to the FAMILIES in the military.

Get over yourselves, Liberals!

I know I've been reported, but oh well.

Clinton prevented attacks with diplomacy? There was the first World Trade Center bombing, the bombings of two US Embassies in Africa killing around 300 people. The bombing of the USS Cole, the Oklahoma City bombings, the Somalia cut and run fest. Not to mention that the 9/11 planning and training phases of the operation came under Clinton's watch. More violence against Americans was committed against Americans under Clinton's administration than any in recent memory. All this and Clinton was too gutless to stand up to terrorists when it mattered because we was more concerned with his "Legacy" than protecting the American people. It was almost as if Bill Clinton was piloting those planes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

I did know that. I also knew that Clinton closed more Millitary bases than any other Pres. He also allowed the selling of Military supplies to Iran and China. You know those shiny new parts for Iran's F-14's? Yeah they came from William Jefferson Clinton. If only Sandy Burger would have stolen that info too.

First of all, if you are reported, it's not because of the questions you ask, but because of your rude, immature behavior.

Secondly, Clinton cut the troops because we didn't need them. He didn't know that his successor was going to be a warmonger. I think Clinton genuinely believed we were moving into more peaceful times. Oh well.
