Yes... Once this old lady phoned me like 40 times, she kept getting the last 3 digits wrong instead of phoning 101 she kept phoning 010... Over the age of 70 people should only be allowed to make emergency calls.

She's probably so dumb she doesn't understand that SHE dialled the wrong number, so she's just hitting redial. I had that happen a couple of times...once in the middle of the night. The idiot kept calling back asking for the same person, and I kept telling them there was no one by that name there...and 2 minutes later....... I finally took it off the hook. I know you can't do that at work, but sure is tempting, isn't it.

Yes, Yes, Yes. I work as a receptionist, and my phone number here, is one number off from the waste managements number (yuck). All day I'm telling people wrong number, yet, they continue to call back, as if I was lying to them. I feel your pain.

Yes I have. Usually when I am talking to my mother or my husband lol. I do also when I get the idiots who dial wrong and think I am the bus station! GRR I have had those calls for 7 years!

I have actually bashed the phone into the wall before. My temper gets the best of me at times. Can't help it. It's all that Italian blood I suppose.

lol oh yes I have, one too many times - meaning I actually broke my phone once doing that. I have learned my lesson, and now throw it on something soft when I can't take it anymore. Unfortunately, it really doesn't relieve me as much.
