My husband and I are currently stationed in Turkey and they have a store like Home Depot that is selling a combination computerized jacuzzi shower sauna hot tub. It also has a radio and lights which means it is wired with 220v not 110v like the states. If we do buy it, is it easy to change it from 220v to 110v?

Not unless you get the power requirements converted. Turkey uses 220volt, 50 Hz system, just like Europe. We use 110v, 60 Hz.....

It's not so much the voltage, but the Hertz cycle that will be the problem. In the US, the lectricity pulses at 60 times per minute, hence 60 Hz, 50 Hz means let pulses, so it would probably burn out if used here in the states.
I think by the time everyone could or would be switched out, you'd be better off just buyig an American model.

p.s. one thing to check, it may be one of those products that are made for dual use. You just slide a switch from the European to American standard. It's designed internally for both. My wife and I bought dual-voltage during our time in Europe, and it saved a lot of frustration and money.

The 220v isn't a problem, that's what most major appliances use like air conditions and stoves.

The problem will be the 50Hz instead of 60Hz like we use in the states. Most small things like radios and shavers I've noticed a switch on them to change from 50Hz to 60Hz, ask someone at the same store if they sell a device to do this and if they do all's good.

You would need to buy a STEP UP transformer that would alter the voltage from 110 to 220. They are not cheap, so it would depend how much value you place on your spa, perhaps sell it and buy another in USA with what you save on freight and the cost of the transformer.
