Well if they are going to award something. I would think of something better than what they hand out. Nice to see the stars though.

Not allot. The people's choice makes me wonder who are these people voting. King of Queens is one of my personal favorites, but never gets awards. Golden Globes isn't much better, some of these movies I've never even heard of.. Come on Queen 1000 any one. That's what it feels like. No more Queen E movies. Save it for the BBC.

Honestly.. they ought to change the Award ceremony's name to something like "Priveliged Children of Hollywood and the Elite Class Awards"

Honestly.. same ol same ol!!!! BORING!!!! just like most modern blockbuster movies... BORING!!!

Bring back the TRUE artists.. let the people REALLY choose their favourites.. not give people a limited choice of the usual movies made by the usualy producers who use the usual actors.. who all seem somehow inter-related and interconnected.. bar the odd black face thrown in for posterity it seems..

How DARE these people with their flashy awards and red carpet walks.. HIJACK the TERM ART and ARTIST like they have some exclusive right and the Golden Globe is supposed to cement that sanctity.. DOUBT IT!!

Time we all wise up.. realise that TV has been hijacked by a class of people who use it firstly to manipualte the stupid.. and secondly to milk ridiculous profits.. little of which EVER reaches ANY artist!!

Worst of all.. most genuine talented artists with natural born gifts.. often miss out on even getting into their first audition.. and many unfairly miss roles.. due to favors among the elite flock..

So.. I say why even bother..

Honestly.. I just switch off..

Over-all, it's ok. The competition is very tough. It's really hard to choose but, the rules stipulate that only 1 should win for each category. I was rooting for 24 then but because they just won last year, it's ok. Grey's was fun to watch the actor of House is good, Ugly Betty is also tops. I just think that Dreamgirls won too much. Haven't watched the latest movies but all I think are good. I like to watch Babel. But all in all the spoils were shared by many.

I watched the Golden Globes last night. The ceremony only confirmed my suspicion that they can be bought. Brad Pitt should have won. At least Cars and Babel did win though.

I want to know what deal was made to keep Ellen Pompeo off of the worst dressed list! It looked like she had a tube running from her butt cheek to her shoulder. Boo hiss. Bums me out that something so blatantly disturbing goes unnoticed. I didn't watch the show though. Just saw pics.

It was okay, but i'm hoping that Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey to win, maybe next time.

Since you asked. I think it's a crock. I never watch the shameless "i love me" parading of corrupt "stars" and their paid off committees.. just my humble opinion.
