Are there guidelines for such icons here on Y answers? Photos are worse for children than some of the violations of the questions.

Click the blue "Forum" icon at the top right of this page and post to the appropriate forum, following the directions there. Also, you can report a person's individual question or answer, but that will not get the avatar removed.

i do unlike boors who purposely aim yet another at that man or woman's rate. Their habit reflects poorly on them, making them look insecure, infantile, and having no class what so ever. I think it a bit sophmoric, but suspect that it insults the user more than it does the viewer.
