This is the web site you should take a look at:

For this summer it reveals that most of the western states from Colorado west ward and then stretching in an arc along the gulf states and up the eastern seaboard the temperature will be above normal to well above normal especially in the southwest. When you go to this NOAA site you can look at their precipitation outlooks as well. Good question.

Mostly warm unless you live in the Southern Hemisphere. If you do it will be getting colder.
