If you want a response, you can submit a ticket.

Go to http://www.winferno.com and click on SUPPORT at the top of the page. There, you will find three options. You're looking for the big, bright orange ball with the number 3 in it, next to which it reads "Submit a Ticket". On the next page, you'll be able to submit a ticket requesting technical support.

Alternately, you can send an email to support@winferno.com and you will receive a response within two business days, although in most cases you will receive a response much more quickly.

Make sure when you send your email that you provide enough information, including your name, approximate purchase date, order number (if you have it), and the email address you used when ordering.

yes i have had a very bad experience with winferno. i have downloaded the software that has placed several different icons/links on my desktop. in my opinion it is a scam by freeze.com because everytime i try to access the website there is an error page that pops up and tells u that the domain does not exist anymore. yes i do agree to prosecute this company because of the principle.
