cause they are idiots. They missed their turn. The dropped their lipstick. They changed the radio station.
It happened to me on the express way, in rush hour traffic. Yes I was on the EXPRESS WAY!. We are speeding down a three lane expressway and the fool in front of me did not get over to the right lane to exit. So she stopped. She stopped on the freaking express way. I couldnt go around her because both sides where zooming by. I found religion at that moment. I was pleading praying honking calling that person all kind of fithly words PG filthy words, after all my much younger sister was in the car. She got embarressed because I kept my hand on the horn. She had no idea what kind of danger we really were in. Finally the lady realized there was no chance of her ever getting into the right lane and moved.

i think of it relies upon the place you reside, yet i think of you're screwed the two way. a minimum of the place i take advantage of to stay, little ones weren't allowed to journey them on the line/ bicycle lanes, so as that they rode them on the sidewalk. Then they weren't allowed to journey them on the sidewalk. A regulation exchange into handed that they have got been basically legal to journey on private property. even with the undeniable fact that, your city may be diverse. you have gotten to ask a site visitors cop or something. And make certain which you do constantly positioned on a helmet and secure practices kit. people who force vehicles are idiots and want to run over people on 2 wheels.

I've no idea why they do it, but you're quite right...they do.
People also do it in supermarket aisles.....they just stop dead. It's bad enough when you're only walking behind them....but when you're pushing a wheel-chair with a trolley on the front and the momentum has built up.......it's your fault when you run into them.....grrr

How about that you can drive down no street by yourself - wherever I go there is always a car behind me! I find that annoying.

Because they are stupid. They are in their own little world and don't care what may happen to others due to their carelessness.
