Well, the dojo would not eat the turtle, but the turtle would eat the dojo if he can get his mouth around him.
Turtles and fish do not make the best tankmates. Unless you have a large paludarium, you wouldn't have room for fish, particularly not a large dojo loach.

The turtle will eat any fish it can catch.
