i have a 50 dollar gift card and no itunes account because i dont have a credit card. i want to buy new games for my ipod but this is meerly impossible. will anyone let me use their account so i can use my gift card to make the purchase?

"Paying for iTunes Store purchases
To buy items in the iTunes Store, you need an Apple account. You may already have an Apple account if you’ve purchased items from the Apple Store, bought an iPhoto book, or are a .Mac customer. If you don't have an account, you can set one up using iTunes.
If you already have an AOL account, you can use that account instead if you want.
After you have one of these accounts, you can set up an iTunes Store account and specify how you want to pay for iTunes Store purchases.
To set up a new iTunes Store account:
In iTunes, choose Store > Create Account, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can use that as your payment method when you enter your credit card information."
So there you have it. I don't think it's required for you to have a credit card.

You don't need a credit card to buy and download games from iTunes. I certainly did not use a credit card for my iTunes account. All I need to do is buy an iTunes card and enter the number to get credit to buy stuff.
Besides, what you're asking is ridiculous. I don't know if you have good or bad intentions, but anyone who's stupid enough to give you their account and password is just stupid because you can charge all your downloads to that account. To download, all you need is the password, and since you already know the person's password, you can start downloading like crazy without paying for it. It also works the other way. If you enter your gift card #, what's to prevent that person from using your gift card?

You should be able to open an itunes account using a gift card that the purpose of them to let people who dont have a credit card be able to use itunes.
How do I redeem an iTunes Gift Certificate?
To redeem a gift certificate, launch iTunes. Click on the iTunes Store icon in the Source list. Then, click the Gift Certificate link in the left-hand column.
That will allow you to open an account with your gift card.
