heres the easist, cheapest way..and my fridge is beeyoutifull..use plain old mineral oil,,very little on a rag, rub lightly up and down. then buff w/ clean rag...hmmm sounds erotic doesnt it?.. anyway i read it somewhere years ago, and compared to the "good stuff", the main ingredient is mineral oil.

You must use a food-grade stainless steel oil... Wipe in the direction of the grain of the metal if it has a grain, and wipe once... That means not "back-and-forth". Fold a clean rag into a towel, and keep folding to a clean side.

You can use Comet on a damp cotton cloth. Go with the grain. Let the residue dry on the metal and the polish off with a clean cotton cloth.

Another way is to get a metal refinisher to clean and then lacquer the metal. Then all you need to to is polish with a cloth.
