I had the same problem and I started taking a multivitamin. I would recommend the One-A-Day Energy. I have a 1 yr old son and I work a full-time partial-traveling job...I don't know what I would do without it!! Or you may want to simply change your diet...possibly contact your doctor to go over your menu. I would not recommend caffeine pills...they made me jittery and I couldn't concentrate. Good luck! :)

Eat some bananas!! Those are great for a boost of natural energy. Maybe your fatigue is from allowing your sugar to get a little too low, carry around a snack with you when you are out an about and try not to let more than two hours go between at least having a snack. :)

I think, you would only know why your energy is low.
It would be difficult to guess, what's going on with you.
What has changed in your life; stress, lack of sleep, change of job, a move or have you changed your diet etc, the list goes on.
It wouldn't hurt to have a check up & have some blood work done, could be hormones or hypothyroid. I would just be guessing & so would everyone else, who is answering this question.

You should probably see your doctor and have some blood work done. It's possible that you have a thyroid issue, or it could be Epstein Barr virus (mono). I'd tend to go with the mono if you have a sore throat and muscled aches. Thyroid can be easily treated, but mono has to run it's course. If you're depressed at all, that could contribute also. Get plenty of rest and eat right. Good Luck!

You may want to see a doctor and have some hormone levels checked. Hypothyroidism is a good culprit for loss of energy and Chrontic fatigue.
Have you been depressed at all? Stressed?
These can also play a roll in your energy level.

check your diet
or it might be a hormonal imbalance
I would avoid the coffee caffeine suggestions though...it is only a temporary fix and you could become addicted to it...and it can adverse effects on some people- like not being able to sleep, making your heart race, you can gain weight, ect.... and that is not good for someone who is already tired!

Tiredness is caused by:
1. Poor diet / lack of nutrients.
2. Too much sugar/flour in your diet.
3. Lack of sleep/exercise.
4. Toxins in your body.
5. Stress
Give your body the rest it needs, the proper nutrients, antioxidants, excercise, and you will feel less tired.
