I've currently been taking 1 flaxseed oil, 1 fish oil capsule and One a day women's multivitamin.

I haven't noticed any change, but not sure if this is too many to be taking?

You're fine, it's all good. I would also add a Vit. C.
Usually you can take more than 1 vitamin a day, depending on the vitamin you're taking. Check to see if, your multiple vit. has has calcium in it too; this is good for bone strength for women; as well as doing weight bearing exercises. :)
I would also eat a healthy nutritious diet (organic when you can).
Avoid anything white (sugar, rice, bread etc.), fast food, greasy foods & sodas. Drink lots of water.
What taking vitamins means, you will have better health over time & probably get fewer illnesses & shorter colds.
* I would be careful to take a lot of Iron:
researchers estimate that up to 10 percent of Americans have iron stores high enough that, when coupled with excessive iron intake, could increase their likelihood of developing cancer.

I used to take 1 fish oil capsule and 1 multivitamin a day, so you should be fine. The flaxseed oil is just a natural laxative.

It sounds good to me. You might not notice a change, but that doesn't mean you're not improving on a cellular level.
Just make sure the multivitamin has enough iron and minerals.
