I had really bad pelvic pains for up 2 three weeks and I showed all pregnancy signs. I was two weeks late on my period.I took a First Response home pregnancy test and it said I was pregnant. but then later on i took like other generic tests that said i wasnt pregnant. but this weekend i woke up at 4 in the morning with heavy cramping and blood. It lasted 4 days with the blood and there were alot of clots in the blood. and its gross but they're was also a long stretchy thing of blood with what looked like mucus. and looked sort of white mixed in it. I was also spotting.Could this mean im pregnant or could this mean i had a miscarraige?

If this ever happens again call an ambulance, sounds to me like a misscarriage and im sorry to have had to tell you that. I would suggest you go to a trusted GP and tell him/her what happened.
Try not to stress to much because this can make things worse but you need to go to the docter to rid of any retained products and look for infections.

Go to the doctor if you havn't already, you should have called the doctor when this was happening so he/she could have diagnosed you better. you should have also made an appointment with your doctor as soon as you took your first pregnancy test.
