There are two gentlemen at my work who have been involved together for many years and own a home together. They are extremely discreet with their relationship--the biggest reason I figured it out was they both wear the same silver engraved bracelet (other little things clued me in). It's one that you cannot get off unles you lube up your hand and squeeze it on. They came back from a two week trip and I noticed that both are no longer wearing the bracelet--though one is wearing a watch. Is there any significance?

I have to admit, I would wonder, and would ask the one you have the best rapport with what happened to his bracelet. Maybe one had to get the bracelet removed for some reason. (If there was a break or a sprain, for instance, it might have had to be cut off.) If you're speaking from genuine concern, and I think you feel some, you may as well find out.

You're dad is right. What a load of tosh, to proud to ask you for money... But he is ok with STEALING. Erm, I know which one is worse... The worst you can say is no, your parents can't get their things back. Your parents love you. Middle class or not they don't want you wasting your time, love and energy on someone who is taking you for a ride. ALSO women can't change men with love. You've watched one too many sappy movies or he's been feeding you such a line you've fell for it. If he really respected himself he'd get into rehab, or at least wouldn't steal from your family. Ha, yeah right... Wanted to paint you a portrait... What next... Are you gullible or just stupid? He sees you as a free ride lady. The moment you don't have access to fund you'll be dropped like a hot potato. With no family, no degree and no money. Also, I was raised in a council house and I am at uni. I was raised in a council house and I did ok. I was raised in a council house and the only person you need to give you a chance is yourself, if he didn't figure that out, that HE was the one who was meant to do some of the work... Society can't give you things on a plate. And I wouldn't wish council housing on anyone. Don't go and live there. Before you know it you'll be eating chips every night, you're either be too poor to eat or too poor to buy anything other than chips and your kids will be ferial animals. Good luck, you are clearly misguided and need it.

Well it may be that they broke up. Or maybe they didn't like wearing them anymore. I suppose you could go up to one and ask where the bracelets are, but this is their private affair. The best thing to do is to leave them be. it would probably make them really uncomfortable knowing that someone's beenwatching them like you've been doing, especially when they've taken such pains to keep things a secret.
