if I save something to a CD, is there a way for someone else,?

to see what i've put on by using my computer? Is there a drive or something. I put a file on a cd and it doesn't work. My computer also crashed right before I saved it to my comp.

Only if your burning software has saved a log file.
The data itself is not permanently stored on your hard drive every time you burn a CD ...
