Do a lot of exercise in the morning, i think one of the reason why some people are having a hard time sleeping is because they dont sweat, try doing something that will make you feel a little tired, next drink a lot of milk

My partner's boss was having the same problem. He would wake up every morning at 2am and would never be able to get back to sleep, so one night when it happened he went into the spare room and slept in there. He had a great night's sleep. Worth a try!
